This program is designed for girls in Grades 7–8 who want to have fun, make friends, and learn a new sport in a welcoming and supportive environment.
👉 Most players are beginners, so everyone starts together, learns together, and enjoys the experience without pressure.

You can list up to 3 teammates you’d like to be on the same League team with. We’ll do our best to keep groups together while ensuring competitive balance.
We play hard. We support each other. And yes… we all have to go to work tomorrow.

Our Sunday Adult Pickup is all about consistent weekly field hockey in a relaxed, welcoming club environment. Allowing players to focus on enjoying field hockey with a strong social element while getting a chance to work on skills and tactics in game situations

This is a great option for players who want regular field hockey without the commitment of a league season — or for those pairing it with Thursday League for extra weekly play.

The club is organizing a Spring Junior League for high school age girls (14 - 19) with games on Wednesday nights between 6:00pm and 8:00pm running from April 29 to June 24.
Participants will have the option of:
playing in the league and participating in Club Junior training sessions on Sundays from 6-8pm beginning April and running until the end of July.

All players will be able to participate in pre-season/learn to play training on Wednesdays and Sundays during April.
Teams will play at least 1 game a week. The schedule should include at least 8 game dates.
There are currently 4 teams to choose from Riptide, Frantic, Stingers and Free Agents. New players can register to Free agents or a team with friends. The final rosters of the teams will be determined in April.
