Adult
The Club Senior side includes players from 16-70 with experience levels ranging from beginner to 2 time former Olympian. The Adult hockey is about recreation, camaraderie, physical exercise and field hockey for life.
There is regular mixed field hockey on Thursday nights in the summer on the turf and a 1hr mixed hockey session in the winter in a Dome.
New is a mixed 8/9-aside full field league on Sunday nights running from May to mid July.
The club has been travelling to mixed and women's tournaments in Toronto, Halifax, Vermont and other US tournaments.
Whether you are an experienced active player, returning to the sport after an absence, new to Ottawa or a beginner with an interest in the sport, our senior mixed hockey welcomes you.
Adult Mixed Sunday League
The club is running an Adult mixed league on Sunday nights for 8 weeks. Format is 7 aside.
There are 2 divisions: Recreational and Competitive
The Recreational league is for players looking to play organized games with teammates but with a less intense level of competition.
The Competitive league is for experienced players comfortable in a fast paced, competitive game.
The league will run on Sunday nights beginning May running until July.

Teams will be made from the pool of players.
Players will be able to specify 2 other players they want to play with.
Players should be 18 years and older.
Experienced juniors can also apply to participate.

Mixed Thursday Pick-up
Emphasis is on camaraderie and fun in the spirit of “hockey for life”.
Mix of ages (16 & up) and skill levels. Beginners and those returning to the game are welcome and supported!
Every player must have a reversible red/white pinnie– can be purchased at registration.
