U14 Girls Field Hockey Details

Come and give field hockey a try! Combining the large field play of soccer with the speed and stick-ball hand eye coordination of ice hockey and ringette. 

Girls field hockey session for players going into grade 7-8.  All levels of experience; beginners welcome!   Training Sunday and Wednesday nights 6:00pm and 7:30pm running from Apr 21 to June 23.  

Come and try the sport before the regular training with Try Field hockey session on Thursday March 28  6:00pm-7:00pm at the Ben Franklin Dome on Knoxdale. Register here for the Try field hockey session.

Every player will receive an Outaouais reversible jersey.

All players will be registered with Field Hockey Ontario (FHO). Details of how to register with FHO will be provided during Outaouais registration.

Sun nights :  6:00pm -7:30pm

April 23 - June 22

Nepean Sportsplex Minto Field (turf)

Fee: $120 + $30 Club membership

Sticks can be borrowed from the club 

Players should bring mouthguard and shinpads

We expect to play in at least one tournament and friendly games with other clubs in the region
