Registration

Outaouais Junior For ages 16 - 18

• Must be at least 16 on Dec 31, 202x (the current year)

• Must not be older than 18 on Dec 31, 202x (the current year)

Young Adult For ages 19 - 23

• Must be at least 19 on Jan 1, 202x ( the current year)

• Must not be older than 23 on Dec 31, 202s (the current year)

Refund Policy

NO refund policy applies to the following situations:

1. Player injuries, change in physical condition or changes in circumstance.

2. Individuals suspended or ejected from OFHC organized event/game due to aggressive behaviour designated so at the discretion of a OFHC board member(s)

3. For closures due to inclement weather, defaulted, cancelled or rescheduled games.

• Membership fee non-refundable

Before Season Starts

• Any individual requesting a refund prior to the season starting will receive a full refund.

• The Outaouais Club base membership fee is non-refundable.

• All refund requests must be submitted by email (no phone calls please) within 2 weeks of the season starting.

FHO Registration Policy

NEW (as of March 29, 2022): Field Hockey Ontario (FHO) membership is required and includes insurance.  All players must be registered with FHO.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR FHO NUMBER

FHO Numbers

Working with Power Up, FHO Numbers have been placed on every member's account. In order for members to view their numbers, please see the steps below:

1.  Have the member log into their account.

2. On the home page, have the member select their name on the top right-hand corner. 

3. Select profile snapshot from the drop-down menu. 

4. FHO numbers are listed right under the member’s name.
