Spring League and Training Details
Spring League and Training Details
The club is organizing a Spring Junior League for high school age girls (14 - 19) with games on Wednesday nights between 6:00pm and 8:00pm running from April 30 to June 25.
Participants will have the option of:
playing in the league and participating in Club Junior training sessions on Sundays from 6-8pm beginning April and running until the end of July.

All players will be able to participate in pre-season/learn to play training on Wednesdays and Sundays during April.
Teams will play at least 1 game a week. The schedule should include at least 8 game dates.
There are currently 4 teams to choose from Riptide, Frantic, Stingers and Free Agents. New players can register to Free agents or a team with friends. The final rosters of the teams will be determined in April.

Looking for a fun and social way to stay active? Join us this winter for our Winter Adult Pick up 6-a-side Field Hockey where the focus is on camaraderie, competition, and simply enjoying the game!
Whether you’re a seasoned player or just dusting off your stick, we are open to all skill levels.
Games are fast-paced yet friendly, emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and the love of the sport.
📅 When: Tuesday nights, November 4, 2025 - March 10, 2026
⏰ Game Times: Between 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM
📍 Where: SuperDome Ben Franklin Park 191 Knoxdale Road
🏑 Who: Players 18+ (Experienced juniors may apply)
💲 Cost: $300 for Adults | $250 for Students (under 23 years)
