2023 Season Preview
Mission
The club runs programs all year round for Grade 7-12 girls. As well as regular practices & games, the club sends teams to tournaments in the US and Canada.
Our focus is on:
Fitness, health and well being through sport participation
Skill Development
Camaraderie
The club currently has between 4-6 coaches for the juniors. The coaches are a mix of club members with many years of playing experience and coaching experience at the High School and Club level. We are also fortunate to have the involvement of a level 3 certified coach, Reg Plummer and the occasional involvement of a retired NCAA Div 1 Assistant coach.
Spring/Summer 2022
Players will be able to join as part of a team, a group or an individual
Our junior coaches include experienced high school coaches, former University and provincial players.
